By purchasing, downloading, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purchase and Ownership

Upon full payment, you are granted the right to download and use the HyperHuman Plugin/ Assets for your own development purposes. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees or subscriptions.

This purchase does not grant ownership of the Plugins/ Assets underlying intellectual property. You receive the right to use the Plugin and assets (e.g., skin assets, hair assets, and related 3D content) as described in these Terms.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Use the Plugin and assets in both commercial and non-commercial Unreal Engine projects.

  • Modify the assets for use within your own projects.

  • Distribute finished games or projects that incorporate the Plugin’s assets as part of a compiled product.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or repackage the Plugin or Assets as a standalone product.

  • Share, upload, or distribute the raw asset files, models, or content outside of a compiled project.

  • Claim ownership of the Plugin or any Assets.

  • Use the Plugin for any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Plugin and Assets remain with the Developer. You acquire a limited right to use the Plugin and Assets as outlined in these Terms, but not ownership of the Plugin/ Assets or any intellectual property therein.

5. Support and Updates

This purchase includes the Plugin or Assets "as-is". Developer may, but is not obligated to, provide updates or customer support. Future updates, if offered, may be made available at the Developer’s discretion.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Plugin/ Assets, all sales are final. We only offer refunds if and only if The refund request must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. You must provide clear proof of a bug, malfunction, or issue with the plugin or assets that prevents normal use. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, compatibility issues without prior verification, or requests made after 24 hours. To request a refund, please contact us with your order details and a description (including screenshots or logs, if possible) of the issue

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE PLUGIN AND ASSETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE PLUGIN.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oregon.
